   The University of Oxford linked the real diets of 55,504 people to 570 life-cycle assessments covering 38,000 farms in 119 countries, standardised to 2,000 kcal a day. High meat-eaters eat 100 g or more of meat a day, medium meat-eaters 50 to 99 g, low meat-eaters under 50 g.
